We are the Home Improvement Ministry (HIM) from The Rock Church in San Diego! Our ministry's goal is to glorify and worship God by contributing our home improvement skills, including home repairs, organization and interior design, to economically disadvantaged San Diego residents. Our honored recipients include the elderly, disabled, military, and single parent families. We take what is existing and repair it, reorganize it, repaint it, and improve it to make a warm, inviting home for a special family.
Some of us have professional and educational backgrounds in interior design and home repairs, while others consider design and home improvement to be more of a hobby. All in all, we put our skills together that God has blessed us with to help create and improve interior and exterior spaces for deserving families.
